CONSULTATIONS
We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their treatment goals. All consultations last 15-30 minutes. There is a small consultation fee, but if you purchase a service, the consultation fee will be applied to the treatment charge.
NO GUARANTEES
With all medical devices and pharmaceuticals, there are no guarantees in medicine. While medical treatments are put through clinical studies https://clinicaltrials.gov to determine their safety and efficacy, there are always going to be a percentage of people who do not see efficacy, with any drug/medical device. As stated in the medical literature in which clinical studies are published, not everyone will respond the same to treatment, and the results depend on a variety of factors such as degree of laxity of the treated skin, healing response of the patient, and genetic predisposition.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS
A confirmation email is sent out within seconds of an appointment being made and also within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time as a reminder. However, it is your responsibility to maintain your appointment.
ARRIVAL
Check in with the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical clinic, we require that all new clients fill out a health history information and treatment consent forms.
LATE ARRIVALS
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other clients ‘session may begin on time. If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible; however, with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge. All services cancelled or rescheduled the day of appointment will charged $50. You will receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You have the option of cancelling or rescheduling that appointment from the reminder email. If you cancel within 48 hrs prior to your scheduled treatment, no charge will be applied.
STANDARD RESERVATION POLICY
A credit card number is required to secure all appointments. Your credit card information will be stored in our system. By making an appointment with us, you are agreeing that we can store and charge your credit/debit card $50 for all appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
